Use of College-Owned Vehicles

Vehicles owned by any of the institutions under the jurisdiction of the Board are
not to be rented or loaned to groups other than other state-supported colleges or
universities; career and technology education districts; local, state or federal agencies;
or political subdivisions (as available after institutional needs are satisfied) for
use in their official activities.
